Monique has been cleaning up all award season with her performance in Precious. Last night she finally got the big trophy, the Oscar. Monique becomes the fifth african american woman to win a Oscar. Whoopi, Jennifer Hudson, Halle Berry and Hattie McDaniel are the other beautiful black women. Congrats Monique
