Tyler Perry's "For Colored Girls" has been pushed up from January 2011 to November 5th. Apparently the studio is very confident that the movie could be up for Oscar nominations and in order to meet the deadline it needs to come out in November. After dropping her debut single, “Whip My Hair,” Willow Smith announced that she is officially signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label via the Ryan Seacrest radio show.
Her mother actress Jada Pinkett-Smith had this to say:
“After meeting with several record companies, it was clear that JAY-Z, Ty Ty, Jay Brown and the Roc Nation staff was the unquestionable choice. Their passion for Willow combined with their boundless vision and artistic integrity made Roc Nation the perfect home for our little girl.”
